Database Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database & Community Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update statewide MOUD and Next-Day SUD appointment availability
• Build relationships with clinics and providers, especially in underserved regions
• Run custom reports and analyze trends across calls, chats, emails, and searches

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong Excel skills (80% proficiency required)
• Experience with database queries and health & human services preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Completion of a computer skills and Excel assessment
• High-speed internet and a smartphone capable of MFA
