Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Base Maintenance Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the oversight and maintenance of the CPR+/Caretend application, focusing on price table maintenance, validation rules, and collaboration with various departments to troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the CPR+/Caretend application related to reimbursement functions, including price tables and validation rules
• Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
• Provide training and support to team members and create necessary documentation for insurance plan requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or related field
• Background in medical reimbursement is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CPR+/Caretend application
• Strong data analytic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
