• Manage vendor relationships for DBA services, ensuring effective operational coverage and quality control
• Lead troubleshooting and remediation of high-impact database performance incidents to maintain application availability
• Oversee database operations, including deployments, patching, availability, and operational risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting production database operations for Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to work autonomously and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Practical understanding of IT concepts, protocols, and industry best practices
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including performance issue diagnosis and T-SQL scripting
