Job Summary
To build and lead a high-performing data consulting practice, the full-time remote Database Practice Lead will develop strategies, mentor a team of consultants, and manage client relationships while delivering innovative database solutions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data consulting practice strategy tailored to the needs of the India GCC
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data consultants, architects, and engineers based in India
- Own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on database architecture, migration, and performance tuning initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of proven experience in database consulting or architecture, with significant experience in the India market
- Deep hands-on expertise across multiple database platforms and cloud database services
- A track record of building and scaling consulting practices and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing and mentoring a technical consulting team in a client-facing environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA a plus
