Database Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Reliability Engineer to join their data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust relational and NoSQL database systems
• Manage cloud database environments and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proactively monitor database health, tune queries, and optimize schema design for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Database Administrator, Database Engineer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with relational/NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience
