Database Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Support Analyst 2 to collect and maintain healthcare provider data while ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain data from state licensing boards across multiple healthcare professions
• Utilize internal tracking systems to manage file orders and verify data files for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with state boards to obtain specifications and resolve data issues, while conducting research on healthcare professionals and organizations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in communications, business, research, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently while collaborating with a team
• Background in healthcare credentialing or working with state licensing boards is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider credentialing processes is desirable
