Database Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Support Engineer (APAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across various technical areas
• Provide consultative advice to optimize workloads and assist advanced users
• Mentor junior team members and recommend improvements based on ticket patterns

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical support, backend engineering, SRE, or similar roles
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL internals and query optimization
• Experience troubleshooting complex setups and data migration issues
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting providers like AWS
• Comfortable in terminal and Linux environments
