Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues
Troubleshoot and optimize PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB performance issues
Investigate issues across the full stack from application layer to database internals

Required Qualifications

Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including query optimization and database internals
Proficiency in command-line interfaces (CLI)
SQL expertise with complex queries and PL/pgSQL
Experience with TimescaleDB or other relational databases
Background in customer-facing technical roles
