Job Summary
Driving strategic relationships, the full-time Databricks Alliance Partner will lead initiatives to expand collaboration with Databricks, managing co-sell motions and AI-first solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across Databricks sales and leadership teams
- Drive co-sell pipeline growth and lead joint account planning with Databricks sellers
- Champion AI-first strategies by aligning Databricks technologies with client needs and promoting joint solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales within the Databricks ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Databricks organizational structure, sales motions, and partner programs
- Proven track record of driving co-sell success and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Databricks technologies and AI capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a matrixed environment
