Driving strategic relationships, the full-time Databricks Alliance Partner will lead initiatives to expand collaboration with Databricks, managing co-sell motions and AI-first solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across Databricks sales and leadership teams
  • Drive co-sell pipeline growth and lead joint account planning with Databricks sellers
  • Champion AI-first strategies by aligning Databricks technologies with client needs and promoting joint solutions
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales within the Databricks ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Databricks organizational structure, sales motions, and partner programs
  • Proven track record of driving co-sell success and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks technologies and AI capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a matrixed environment
