Databricks Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Databricks Architect will deliver end-to-end Databricks implementations, leveraging extensive experience in data engineering and cloud-native data platforms while collaborating with public sector clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver 6-8+ end-to-end Databricks implementations as a hands-on developer or solution architect
- Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and modern data engineering frameworks
- Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for production-grade data solutions across cloud environments
Required qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Data Analytics
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification or equivalent advanced certification
- Strong expertise in cloud-native data platforms across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Advanced knowledge of Apache Spark and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with MLOps principles and machine learning lifecycle management
