Databricks Architect Certification Required
Job Summary
To support a growing demand for data solutions, the remote Databricks Architect will manage end-to-end Databricks implementations, leveraging extensive experience in data engineering and cloud-native platforms, while holding a Databricks Architect Certification.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 6-8+ end-to-end Databricks implementations as a hands-on developer or solution architect
- Design and implement cloud-native data platforms across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and modern data engineering frameworks
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Data Analytics
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification or equivalent advanced certification
- Strong expertise in Apache Spark and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices for production-grade data solutions
- Current understanding of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform and its capabilities
