Job Summary

A company is looking for a Databricks Developer (Java Spark).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark on Databricks
• Integrate with Customer data systems including IRMF, BMF, or IMF
• Optimize Spark jobs for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship; Active IRS MBI Clearance; IRS laptop strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience with IRS Data Systems, including hands-on experience with IRMF, BMF, or IMF datasets
• Strong expertise in Java 8 or higher and proficiency in Apache Spark
• Experience with big data processing, ETL pipelines, and deployment technologies like YARN or Kubernetes
