Databricks Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Consultant (Databricks Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines using Databricks tools
• Produce high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines while driving engagement success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with 4+ years in Databricks and Apache Spark leadership
• Proven track record in end-to-end pipeline development projects in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Expertise in PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake for building and optimizing large-scale pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Databricks or major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) are preferred
