Job Summary
Seeking a high-impact, relationship-driven Databricks Partner Development Manager, the full-time role will manage strategic partnerships within the Databricks ecosystem, focusing on alliance growth, market visibility, and partner-funded opportunities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Databricks leadership, including pipeline and GTM objectives
- Lead strategic account mapping and drive co-sell opportunities with Databricks field teams
- Position KMS as a premier Databricks implementation partner through coordinated GTM motions and market expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner development, or enterprise technology sales
- Direct experience managing partnerships within the Databricks ecosystem or major cloud/data platforms
- Demonstrated success in driving co-sell revenue and ecosystem growth exceeding $10M+ annually
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud modernization initiatives
- Experience developing Joint Business Plans and executive governance models
