Job Summary

Driving strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. market, the remote Databricks Strategic Alliance Executive will identify and close complex enterprise opportunities while building executive-level relationships and collaborating with key technology partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive strategic growth initiatives focused on enterprise accounts and high-impact partnerships
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships across target partner champions and act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Design and execute account plans to land and expand high-value enterprise clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Alliance Management roles
  • Strong background in selling or partnering within the modern data ecosystem (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Proven ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers in technical and business roles
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, startup environment
