Databricks Support Engineer

Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the remote Databricks L1 Support Engineer will provide first-level support to application teams, automate processes, and assist in building and deploying Data Landing Zones using Infrastructure as Code.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to application teams via the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Gather and analyze requirements to onboard new Data Landing Zones
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing support processes

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• 1-3 years of experience with Azure Data Factory
• Background in application support or technical operations
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with source control tools like Git, GitHub, or GitLab
