Job Summary

Leading a front-line analyst team, the full-time DataWatcher Manager will oversee operational coverage, manage performance evaluations, and drive internal projects while working in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of the analyst team, ensuring continuous professional growth
• Develop and document standard operational procedures to optimize analyst tasks and enhance service delivery
• Engage with customers during meetings and incident response efforts, providing technical insights and reporting on key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Direct operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) and/or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) settings
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical SOC/MSSP roles
• At least 5 years in management roles within SOC/MSSP environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, and ASM
• Experience in identifying, triaging, and resolving cyber incidents
