Date Down Processor
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced in the title insurance industry, the part-time Date Down Processor will search and review property chains, verify document accuracy, and communicate with clients while working remotely with flexible hours between 6 AM and 5 PM PT.
Key responsibilities
- Search and review property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down searches
- Verify and upload results to the tracking management system
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding discrepancies and document accuracy
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of experience in the title insurance industry
- Knowledge of foreclosure documents and processes
- Operational knowledge of software systems for property and name chains
- Proficiency with computer title plant software search engines such as DataTrace, Data Tree, TitlePoint, and Timms
