Job Summary

A company is looking for a Davis Bacon Act Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and Inflation Reduction Act prevailing wage requirements
• Evaluate fair and legal wage payments in the construction and power & utilities industries
• Occasionally travel to the firm's Washington, DC office as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Davis-Bacon Act
• Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements
• Experience in wage compliance assessment in relevant industries
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel
