Key Responsibilities

• Assess compliance with federal wage laws, specifically the Davis-Bacon Act and Inflation Reduction Act requirements

• Provide consulting services remotely with occasional travel to the Washington, DC office

• Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship requirements
• Experience in the construction or power & utilities industries
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel
• Contract availability for a duration of 6 months, with potential for extension
