Job Summary

Guiding clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle, the full-time remote Dayforce HCM Consultant will lead discovery workshops, configuration, testing, and training, ensuring seamless payroll and workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle, including workshops, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and tools while ensuring compliance
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to empower clients for long-term success

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll
• 3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields
• Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration
• Excellent communication skills for leading workshops and building client trust
• Experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus; Dayforce certification is a bonus
