Dayforce HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing contractor bench, experienced Dayforce HCM Consultants will manage client engagements remotely, guiding organizations through the full implementation lifecycle of Dayforce HCM and optimizing payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients through the full Dayforce HCM implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll according to client-specific requirements and best practices
• Facilitate client workshops and develop project documentation, ensuring successful transitions and post-go-live support

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience, particularly with Dayforce Payroll
• 3+ years of experience in HCM systems, consulting, HRIS, payroll, or a related field
• Strong experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and system configuration
• Hands-on experience with payroll balancing, testing, and cutover activities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively collaborate with distributed teams
