Dayforce Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dayforce Implementation Consultant II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
• Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to design solutions, perform analyses, and deliver training to enhance system adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role
• Expert knowledge of Dayforce modules, including implementation and custom reporting
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems, such as API and EDI
• Understanding of PII data governance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality
