Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Dayforce Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will manage project planning and analysis, implement Dayforce software, and provide product training to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning, analysis, and implementation of Dayforce WFM
- Document configuration requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
- Coordinate deployment activities and provide ongoing product training to clients
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with Dayforce and payroll systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with consulting is a plus
- Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are advantageous
