Dayforce Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Dayforce Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Dayforce subject matter expert, ensuring optimal system design and configuration
• Execute end-to-end testing and validate HR, security, and payroll configurations
• Train HR users on Dayforce functionality and develop related documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Implementation Consultant role
• Proven success in leading end-to-end Dayforce implementations
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with GL and ERP integrations from Dayforce
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams
