Job Summary
Guiding clients through the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management, the full-time remote Dayforce WFM Consultant will manage configuration, testing, and post-go-live support while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clients through the entire implementation process, including requirements gathering, solution design, and rollout
- Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules and create data mappings from source systems
- Engage with clients professionally, providing best-practice recommendations and managing multiple client engagements concurrently
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Dayforce WFM, with a focus on configuration of timekeeping and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Client-facing confidence with the ability to earn trust and handle feedback constructively
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet utilization targets effectively
- Dayforce WFM certification is a strong asset or a commitment to achieve certification during onboarding
