Job Summary
To support current and upcoming client engagements, experienced Dayforce WFM Consultants will join a contractor bench on a part-time, remote basis, focusing on end-to-end implementations, configuration, and client support.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients through end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment
- Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules, and create data mappings and functional specifications
- Build strong client relationships by facilitating meetings and providing best-practice recommendations based on Dayforce capabilities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce WFM, including configuration of timekeeping and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate
- Dayforce WFM certification is strongly preferred or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet project deadlines in a consulting environment
