DB Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DB Specialist who will focus on data architecture and Oracle technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead data design, architecture, analysis, and PL/SQL development for modernization initiatives in Oracle environments
• Analyze legacy databases and recommend modernization and consolidation approaches
• Define target-state data architectures and create implementable technical designs and migration plans

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience with Oracle Enterprise Database 19c+ in production environments
• Advanced PL/SQL development expertise, focusing on deployable and maintainable code
• Experience with database modernization initiatives, including data architecture and migration
• Ability to define system and application architecture and collaborate with technical teams
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Control, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle APEX, and Toad

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
