Job Summary
Seeking an experienced DB2 LUW Database Administrator, the remote full-time position will manage and maintain DB2 LUW database environments across on-premises and cloud platforms, supporting application development teams and ensuring operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain DB2 LUW database environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Create and configure DB2 LUW instances and databases across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments
- Support database design, migration, and performance tuning while collaborating with application development teams
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with DB2 LUW database administration
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and database object management
- Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows environments for DB2 LUW
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL, with knowledge of query performance tuning
