Job Summary

Supporting the DBA Claims Manager, the full-time DBA Claims Administrator will manage the reporting of Foreign and Maritime work-related injuries and illnesses to insurance carriers and the Department of Labor while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Participates in claims investigations and develops strategies for complex DBA claims
  • Prepares and communicates necessary documentation with insurance partners and internal departments
  • Enters new claims into the management system and reviews submissions for policy coverage
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Workers Compensation experience, preferably in DBA
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Risk Management software is preferred
  • US Citizenship is required
