DBA Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DBA Claims Specialist responsible for coordinating Defense Base Act claims processing and supporting successful claims resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the research and flow of employment information for claim submission
• Builds collaborative relationships with HR and legal counsel regarding employment information workflow
• Prepares claim forms, reviews submissions, and interfaces with the Department of Labor on claims

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a claims processor (DBA preferred) or related role with a High School Diploma; or 0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience in customer service or relationship management
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
