DBA Dissertation Chair Faculty

Job Summary

Part-time DBA Dissertation Chair Faculty will teach and instruct students in the Doctorate of Business Administration program, engage with students remotely during evenings and weekends, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with faculty to enhance the learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, facilitating discussions and providing timely feedback on student submissions
• Conduct weekly outreach to support struggling students and host live lectures during designated hours
• Assist with curriculum maintenance and address academic integrity concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related discipline
• Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic processes and university guidelines
• Ability to provide own equipment, including a computer and reliable internet access
