Job Summary

A company is looking for a DBQ Reviewer I to support medical documentation accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

Examine complex medical exam reports for completeness and adherence to VA guidelines
Identify and document quality issues, escalating to management as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver feedback and assist in revising medical exam reports

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field or as a Quality Analyst in a healthcare setting
At least 6 months of experience conducting QA reviews of DBQs according to VA and MDE requirements
Deep knowledge of medical terminology and quality assurance methodologies
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft tools
