Job Summary
Guiding members through the Mood & Anxiety program, the full-time remote DBT Skills Mentor will provide DBT skills training and support, focusing on psychoeducation, accountability, and skills development.
Key responsibilities
- Support member engagement within a modified-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program
- Facilitate the acquisition of DBT skills and principles while utilizing Motivational Interviewing strategies
- Document member interactions and progress, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress within required timeframes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a direct patient-facing role within a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge or experience with DBT
- Experience using Motivational Interviewing to foster member engagement
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms and systems
