Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the DC Compliance Analyst will manage client accounts, ensure compliance with IRS regulations, and prepare audit packages and government filings.

Key responsibilities
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients and their plans to proactively manage accounts
  • Review plan limits, perform annual tests on plan data, and prepare nondiscrimination tests
  • Prepare audit packages and other necessary government filings
Required qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in the defined contributions industry
  • QKA certification preferred
  • Experience with nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP) and government filings (5500's, 8955's, 5330's)
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including xlookups and pivot tables
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take ownership of personal work product
