Job Summary

Driving net revenue through proactive sales tactics, the full-time D.C. Gaming Licensed Player Executive will manage relationships with VIP customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to build loyalty and enhance services
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement, market share, and net revenue
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and maximize player performance while adhering to VIP policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
  • Passion for improving player experience and promoting positivity within the team
  • Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of revenue increase strategies and expense control
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
