Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time DC Licensed Benefits Consultant will retain clients and manage their existing book of business by overseeing strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, and service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies while addressing complex client issues
  • Collaborates with account management teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis
  • Maintains accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely updates
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of benefits consulting experience
  • Valid life and health insurance license
  • Knowledgeable about Health Care Reform and health insurance products
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications
