DC Licensed Conflicts Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to work primarily remotely with occasional onsite presence in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities - Conflicts Attorney

• Review and analyze conflicts reports, identifying potential conflicts of interest for new client and business matters
• Conduct conflict analysis on lateral hires and provide summaries of potential conflict issues
• Draft conflict waivers and ensure compliance before opening new client matters

Position Requirements - Conflicts Attorney

• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Licensed in CA, IL, DC, or NY
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney
• Knowledge of conflicts of interest software databases
• Experience with iManage or document management software
