D.C. Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide holistic, evidence-based care through a remote technology platform, the full-time Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems for patients aged 18 months and above, working evenings on weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
• Evaluate primary care and transitional care patients while providing healthcare education and counseling
• Document patient care within an EHR and coordinate with internal and external healthcare colleagues

Required qualifications:

• Current unrestricted D.C. Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience
• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with National Board Certification
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a healthcare team
• Proficiency in information management and technology
