DC Licensed Real Estate Finance Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Real Estate Finance Attorney to support a high volume practice on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution

Required Qualifications

• Active bar license, in good standing, in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
• Background in real estate finance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
• Experience supporting a busy transactional practice
