DC Licensed TCPA Attorney

Job Summary

To support a highly regarded AmLaw firm, the fully remote DC Licensed TCPA Attorney will manage litigation related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, advising corporate clients on compliance and handling all phases of litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases and advise corporate clients on TCPA matters, including Do Not Call policies and FCC regulations
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and mediation
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written documents

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and reside in the state of licensure
• At least five years of experience in TCPA litigation and corporate advisory roles
• Proven experience managing all phases of litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to maintain a secure work environment and comply with information security protocols
