Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote care to new and returning patients via a telehealth platform
• Collaborate with primary care team members to enhance patient access and care coordination
• Monitor and manage patient results centrally to facilitate ongoing care

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in DC, Maryland, and Virginia
• At least 3 years of primary care experience is required
• Experience in telemedicine or a telehealth setting is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage patient care effectively
• Providers must reside in the DC/MD/VA area
