Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote primary care and acute/follow-up care to new and returning patients via a telehealth platform
• Collaborate with primary care team members to enhance patient access and care coordination
• Monitor centralized results for patients to ensure effective treatment and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of primary care experience
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in DC, Maryland, and Virginia
• Experience in telemedicine or remote healthcare delivery is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Providers must be located in the DC/MD/VA area
