  • Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Maintain plan records and develop positive relationships with clients, financial advisors, and service professionals
  • Work in a team environment to support clients and other departments, while meeting service and processing goals

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in plan administration
  • Preferred industry-related credentials (ASPPA or NIPA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and systems
  • Strong understanding of retirement plan documents and related rules and regulations
