Job Summary
Supporting the technology foundation of the Nlyte application suite, the full-time remote DCIM Support Specialist will troubleshoot communication protocols, manage complex customer issues, and implement training programs for internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for multiple products and services, ensuring effective operations
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as necessary
- Conduct training needs assessments and implement technical training programs for clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technology, controls, or DevOps
- 1+ year of experience supporting enterprise applications or data center operations
- Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet for remote work
- Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, and BACnet
