DE and PA Licensed Inboxologist

Job Summary

To support a growing primary care team, the full-time remote Inboxologist will manage a provider desktop, addressing labs, messages, refills, and documents while covering for provider shortages due to PTO and vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and address labs, messages, refills, and documents within the provider desktop
• Provide coverage for provider shortages, ensuring continuity of care
• Collaborate with primary care practices in Jennersville, West Grove, and Kennett Square

Required qualifications

• Master's degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (NP) or from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program with NCCPA certification
• Licensure or license eligibility as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - FNP in DE and PA
• BLS certification
• Five years of experience as a NP/PA, with at least two years in primary care
