Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Agent to manage the deal execution lifecycle for critical customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage quote generation and approval workflows in Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
• Coordinate contract drafting, redlines, and signature workflows with legal teams
• Analyze deal cycle analytics and create dashboards to identify bottlenecks and recommend automations

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing or administering Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, particularly with Salesforce
• Background in finance or legal operations in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to reduce deal cycle times through process optimizations or automation
• Hands-on experience with configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets and approval workflows
• Ability to balance business, financial, and legal priorities in decision-making
