Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the quote-to-cash process and support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of new business deals from pricing to contract execution
Support contract renewals and amendments in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales
Manage the Salesforce CPQ tools and ensure smooth deal workflows and approvals

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps in a SaaS/B2B environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
Strong analytical skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
Experience in process improvement and automation
