Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management to the Sales field and Customer Success
• Ensure efficient deal structuring and processing in alignment with company policies
• Draft, modify, and finalize contracts, while verifying compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company
• Experience supporting global/multinational customers and deals
• Excellent understanding of deal support/commercial topics, including pricing and contracting
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Google Suite and CRM systems
