Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Deal Desk, focusing on Public Sector and South-East teams
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans and host Daily Deal Desk Office Hours
• Manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce while collaborating with various departments on process changes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Sales/Business Operations
• Proficient in Salesforce and comfortable with Google and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of transactions
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
